1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the AI Prompt Studio SaaS platform, you agree to comply with these terms of use. If you disagree with any portion of these regulations, you are requested to cease using our software tools.

2. Permitted Prompt Usage

You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to reuse, modify, copy, and commercially execute any prompts compiled by our generators or copied from our static database library.

3. Database Intellectual Property

While the output prompts are yours to execute, the design system, assets, custom script triggers, and structural database compilation of `templates.json` remain the property of AI Prompt Studio and may not be scraped or redistributed as an independent prompt marketplace product.

4. Limitation of Liability

AI Prompt Studio generates templates compiled client-side. We are not responsible for the performance, responses, or outcomes generated by third-party LLMs or AI engines (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney) executing these prompts.
